Making great bread, either sourdough or yeasted was our priority when the microbakery first opened.
After our Gold win at the UK World Bread Awards 2019 and then the South East winner for Bread Heroes in 2020 we felt on cloud 9!

All our delicious, handmade bread is created at our cottage kitchen in Brockham, Surrey. All loaves are made using stoneground and organic flour primarily from Shipton Mill in Tetbury. Only the highest quality ingredients go into our bread and every loaf is additive and preservative free.

We don't run the micro bakery on a weekly basis anymore but if you want to learn how to make your own bread, then do get in contact and you could be making your own mouth-watering bread at home! Sorry we don't supply third parties however we can occasionally accommodate special requests or bake orders for occasions and parties. Collection is made from our HQ in Brockham or we can deliver by request.
